• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

• University requirements and policies may change without notice

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbroadDreaming and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• University application outcomes or admission decisions
• Actions taken based on our recommendations
• Third-party service interruptions or failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content, features, and functionality of AbroadDreaming, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and AI models, are the exclusive property of AbroadDreaming and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written consent.

By submitting content to our platform (including profile information, chat messages, and feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content to provide and improve our services.
